The resort of Cala Millor offers 2 kilometres of the finest beaches on the east coast of Mallorca backed by a promenade perfect for walking, cycling, browsing the gift shops or taking refreshments in one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants. This promenade runs all the way to the fishing harbour at Cala Bona. On the beach itself there are umbrellas, sun beds, and a variety of water sports as well as glass bottom boats trips to either north Cala Ratjada or south to Porto Cristo. A number of British bars offer nighttime entertainment like quizzes, bingo, race nights, karaoke, and live entertainers. In addition to this virtually every bar in town shows live sporting action via the Sky digital satellite system. Golfers have a choice of 4 courses nearby and walkers can explore the Punta de n'Amer nature reserve and the 17th century watchtower. The capital city, Palma, with its beautiful architecture, smart shops, lively street cafes and markets is a great day out.
