Cruise Itinerary

Day 1 Embarkation before lunch. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 2 In the morning visit the West bank and sail to Edfu. Overnight on board in Edfu.

Day 3 Early in the morning visit Edfu, then sail to K. Ombo, where the guests will have some time to visit the sights. In the afternoon sail to Aswan where the boat overnights.

Day 4 In the morning visit the high Dam, the unfinished Obliske and Philea Temple, In the afternoon visit with a felucca boat the botanical garden (optional).

Day 5 In the morning there is the optional tour to Abu Simble, then sail to K. Ombo and to Edfu.

Day 6 In the morning sail from Edfu to Luxor. Overnight on board to Luxor.

Day 7 In the morning visit Karnak and Luxor temple. Overnight on board in Luxor.

Day 8 Disembarkation after breakfast

Errata/Building Works

01/02/2012 - 29/02/2012
Due to industrial action being taken by the Ministries of water, Tourism and Agriculture the operations of the Esna and Nega Hamadi locks will be disrupted. Customers going on a Nile cruise should note that it will take longer to navigate the locks and when travelling to excursions in the Luxor area, such as Karnak temple, the transfers will take longer than normal. If the locks close during the industrial action then please be aware that you will be taken by coach to the waiting cruise boats located above the affected locks (this is a 90minute bus transfer).
